Certain podcasts not downloading on iTunes running on Windows

I have encountered three podcasts that have suddenly become unavailable on iTunes running on a Windows computer. I have the latest version of iTunes, and am using Windows 11. These podcasts remain available on my iPhone, but I use the downloads to take the podcasts into areas where my phone is not allowed.

The podcasts in question:

The President's Daily Brief

Normal World

Club Random

The other podcasts seem to function normally.
