How can I duplicate a playlist in the Apple Music app on iPhone?

I want to duplicate a Music playlist I created, so I can curate two versions of it—one for me and one for a friend. However, I don’t see a way to duplicate a playlist on the iOS app (I would save the dupe playlist under a different name). Anyone know how to do this in the app? If this doesn’t exist yet, I would like to request that Apple add it as an option. Thanks!
