Spotlight no longer finds apps

Hi everyone,

Spotlight is one of the most used features for me in MacOS. It's like a CMD+Space per minute for me sometimes. After upgrading my MacBook Pro (M1MAx, 64GB, 1TB) to Tahoe (26.0) I was very disappointed to see that Spotlight simply stopped working the way it did. I'm not able to find apps using it. I just have that hardcoded in my brain that when I want to open another app I go CMD+Space start typing the name and I'm good to go. Since 26.0 (final) it just doesn't work. I attach a recording of how it looks for me. Funny thing is that it worked on public betas of Tahoe (5,6, RC). I tried doing this Rebuild the Spotlight index on your Mac - Apple Support but no success.
