For the past few months, I've had a pop up box that will continuously appear despite closing it appropriately. I followed the instructions in this forum and took screenshots of the folders required, and these will be posted. please let me know which files I need to delete in order to resolve this issue. I deleted all those files and the issue is still there. what else can I do?
