airpods pro 3 sound problem on heavy bass

I’m having issues with my AirPods Pro 3 on some songs with heavy bass

The sounds is like the speaker what’s to go out and that cannot handle the heavy bass ,something similar like scratching noise

it’s like putting too much power in to the speaker and what’s to explode and the sound is louder then the song and is make me take out from the ear

i don’t know if is a software problem or a hardware problem but I send them to get repaired because with AirPods Pro 2 I never had this problem

the AirPods should be able to handle all types of music

The problem is the noise canceling and ambient and transparency functions

Close all that and you’ll not have anymore problems

I know will be annoying but is better

I read that is because of the new design and the sound is going out and interfering with the microphone

I send them to repair but they say that is nothing wrong with it

so listening music without noise canceling and other functions will help

You get rid of that unpleasant sound

lets hope Apple will have an update to fix that

exactly what he said! my pro 3 has been doing the same thing. it’s as if the Bass has gotten worse. I feel the boost in bass from the Pro 2s but its like too heavy to the point they cant handle their own power. This has really been annoying as i cant even listen to music. My Pro 2s on the other hand had never had the problem and even at louder volume, it perfectly fine and had better bass because of it. Apple is this a software or the hardware problem?
