Home Sharing option missing in Music app on iPhone

I'm trying to stream music on my windows pc to my iphone but I'm unable to find home sharing in the music app on my phone. I've enabled home sharing on my pc using itunes and also enabled it on my phone in settings > apps> music> home sharing. When I open the music app and open library there's no home sharing option. I've also tried 'edit' and still no home sharing option.

I've tried all the advice I can find from the web so any help would be appreciated.
