Suspicious 'unverified Apple Pay usage' text message on iPhone

Received a text today say there was a unverified apple pay usage however the phone number is visible

+63.930.3xx.xxxx I have not touched or clicked a thing, I find it suspicious and wanting this to be put out there for all to see. I did a search and says +63 is "the Philippines." from google search and sense I have not received a thing from my bank because they block such activity immediately and notify me about suspicious activity however being new to the apple world I am not too sure how apple handles such things, it did say my apple id has triggered a security warning pending a 287.99 charge at"APPLE STORE Orlando FL" Now I don't use my apple pay except with my kids to push money around between the two and have let apple support know and thought letting the community know as well.
