As you can see above my kitchen HomePod mini icon is now a ?
A few days ago it stopped working as a Home Hub and at that time it changed to a ? Icon. After power cycle it worked but the icon is still a ?
anyone else see this behaviour before ?

I haven't seen the issue before but you could reset the HomePod to factory settings and set it up again.
I have an issue with my paired HomePods being named wrong. However they work so not resetting to fix an issue I’ll have to live with.
What do they show up as on your iPhone in settings - your name -. All devices signed into iCloud show a list and you should see the icons.
