No FaceTime answer window on MacBook Pro after macOS Tahoe update

When I receive a Facetime call on my laptop, it rings, the menu bar shows Facetime as the active window, but NO window, cant answer the call. This happens when the iPhone is near as well, I am able to answer on the iPhone. But switching the iPhone off so there is no Continuity/Transfer issues, still the Macbook has no way to accept the call??

PS I am using two monitors, extended. This never happened before Tahoe
