Airpods Pro 2 update issue

Hello. I'm having issues with updating my airpods. I tried all the ways, reestarting them, reconecting, holding near my phone, on charger. Everything failed. One last option left, connecting to a Mac but I don't have one. Can you please help me fix the issue ? The confusing part for me is that as model number I see A2084 which is first gen, and they are 2nd gen airpods pro. How can this be ?
