Understanding rates for Apple's Screen Calls feature

I wanted to know how the rates applied to Apple's service work in this new screening call function.

You would incur a charge from your cellular company if you have limited calls and if the calls made by this feature were to take you over the limit. Most of us seem to have unlimited calls, meaning we would NOT incur additional charges. Good question!
