My 3rd Gen Airpods is giving trouble

Good day, My Airpods 3rd Gen is giving trouble, the left airpod suddenly just stopped working while the right one is connected. I tried to reset the entire airpod case to my Iphone XS Max by forgetting it and pairing again, now my case won't stop blinking white when opened, the left side still won't connect while the right side connects fine, but also it seems as though my case is dying rapidly as though it is in constant use. Charged the case to 100% last night before bed then unplugged it at 100%, woke up my case and the only working airpod the (right side) was dead.

Is there an issue with my case or airpod?

please any help?
