Completely disable Apple Intelligence through configuration profile

I'm trying to update a configuration profile used on iPads under device management that will disable Apple Intelligence (toggle to off) and enforce that setting so users can't enable it. There are several Intelligence-related settings available but none disable Intelligence. The closest I've found is if I add a payload to skip Intelligence during setup, wipe the iPad, and reregister/deploy the profile, Ingelligence is off, but users can enable it. Is there a way to enforce Intelligence to always be off? If not, could someone help me to submit a feature request for this to Apple?
