I can no longer Bluetooth files from Android phone to my Macs

I can no longer bluetooth files from Android phone to my Macs. I have an old Mac and a new one and neither will now receive Bluetooth files from my Motorola Android phone. The Macs can send files to my phone though.

The inability to receive exists on two different model Macs, probably running different macOS versions, which implicates the Android phone.
