Automation failing, “Unknown error code: 9”

I’m simply trying to turn on a smart plug through home (using an automation in the shortcuts app) at that time, it should be simple, but it keeps failing. When I try changing the automation to happen in 1 minute it works just fine, but then when it’s actually set for the right time it never works.
