Apple has a 14 day return policy. You need to get a refund and find a reseller offering eSIM and physical SIM. KSA Apple Stores will only have dual eSIM models.

While you can return it for a full refund- if you act quickly …

… it’s doubtful than you’ll be able to purchase a “nano-SIM capable” iPhone17 in any GCC state - either from Apple or from any legitimate Apple-authorized reseller.

Any entity selling one in a GCC state is almost assuredly dealing in gray-market devices.

“Even if it's unpacked, is it possible to return within 14 days? I received this phone on 29th of September & i think i still have time to make a return.”

If September 2025, you just a couple of days and a few hours to do so. So, give Apple Support a direct call, or take it back to the store to perform a return.
