Whenver i am playing something from YouTube, youtube music or apple music with homepod via iphone or ipad its playing well. But while watching insta or videos in native photos folder audio is playing within my device that is i phone and ipad, unable to switch audio on homepod

The only way I could get this to work was to use the share icon and save to files. Then from the files app you can play the video file and use control center to AirPlay to HomePod. My file ended up in iCloud Drive tab. Not the easiest way to go about it!
I had word with apple support for same. They suggested to reset iphone/ipad (settings only) and it worked, it played audio from photos, insta and everything. But after few days again facing the same problem, can’t reset my phone’s setting again and again. Need a permanent solution
Resetting the phone is a bit too extreme!
