Left Ear Louder Than Right on AirPods Pro 3 (Sometimes)

I bought the AirPods Pro 3 when it was released. They worked fine at first. But during a meeting on my MacBook, I noticed the left ear was much louder, and it made my ear feel numb. The right ear had lower volume. The next day, the issue was gone and I couldn’t reproduce it.

Today, the same problem happened again. I connected it to my iPhone 16e, and the left ear was louder in all apps (Spotify, Podcasts, YouTube). I couldn't listen. It was so annoying. Later in the evening, the problem disappeared again.

I used the AirPods Pro 2 for years without any issues, and I don’t think there’s a problem with my ears. I believe something is wrong with these AirPods Pro 3. Are there any software settings I can check, or should I return them for repair?
