Airpods Keep having terrible Desync/Popping issue

I've now had my AirPods Pro 2 replaced about 5 times for the same issue and it keeps returning every single time. It happens pretty often when just listening to music or normally using them but gets absolutely unbearable and the pops get painfully loud when I'm in a call. I have tried at least 100 times to reset the airpods and repair them to no avail. I'm quite tired of dealing with this issue and am frustrated with multiple other things regarding apple products I own, generally just had a terrible experience with all recent Apple products. This AirPod issue needs to be solved, though, as I'm tired of having them replaced under AppleCare and tired of all of these issues, especially considering when the AirPods do desync, once they resync temporarily it pops quite loudly and painfully.
