AirPods Pro 2 volume is low on Mac, requiring manual adjustment for each song

Airpods pro2 volume is low while connecting to mac and need to be adjusted manually for each song using volume keys in mac .

it is happening for every song and even for apple music. When i connected my Airpods pro 2 to Mac and start listening songs, initially the volume will be medium and need to be adjusted manually by volume keys in Mac and Sound will be increased.

if we refresh a browser or next song the same procedure we have to do to listen in full sound.

i dont understand what to set and where.
