Keyboard and Dpad not working at all After update to Sonoma IOS update

I have 2018 Macbook Air running Sonoma 14.8.1

I have tried previous remedies on this by heading to settings and accessibility etc and nothing has worked. I ran a diagnostics on it with no hardware errors found?

This is really frustrating!.
