Airpods pro 2 hissing sound after update

my airpods pro 2s now hissing for no reason and I checked it was updated to the latest version 8A358. somehow because I don’t want to update my ios 17 iphone and I hate every update and it only suffers my battery and heats up and everything looks awful? but apple service updated my ipad to ios 18 and I still hate this too because wdym I can’t use my pencil to just exit the control center? seriously what are yall doing except ruining everything that works just normally and bringing ai **** nobody asked for.this is the last straw for me now hearing such a bizarre hissing sound from my normal all day using airpods
