can't rent a film on Apple TV on my MacBook Air

I have tried to rent a film on Apple TV and it tells me: I can't rent this film on this laptop. Go to Accounts and Click Authorisation. Not sure which Account it is referring to.

It’s your Apple ID account. Sign in to your Apple Account in the Apple TV app on Mac
