Exporting a Logic Project to Korg Nautilus

I can not successfully export my Logic Project as a Midi File to my Korg Nautilus, despite me sequencing the project using the Nautilus's sounds!

I have the Nautilus connected via USB. I am using Virtual Out tracks, so when I play my controller keyboard I'm hearing the Nautilus sounds. I have each track set to a different midi ch, and the Korg sequencer is set up the same. So track 1=piano, track 2=E Piano, 3=Bass etc . . track 10 is drum kit. Each track has the SAME MIDI IN as its track number. When I play the project into the Korg from Logic it all works find.

When I export the project as a Midi file, it all goes wrong. The tracks don't go to the right tracks in the sequencer, the midi numbers seem to mean nothing. It just does not match up at all. What am I doing wrong?
