Recently I filled the apple survey then before submit I was directed to choose a box and it has a message the I won 2 pcs iPhone 17 pro max, suddenly I've got a delivery from ups without the sender names but ups said it is from Apple, I was excited to activate 1 iPhone, but 3 days after someone called claiming to be from Apple asking for my order, but I didn't order since it is expensive

Did you enter your already-existing Apple credentials and any other personal info into this new/free iPhone ?

Caller said the the call is regarding my order so I insist that I didn't order anything, and she said that there maybe some mi's understanding or the given mobile number is wrong, actually I didn't give my number that link to my acct, instead I had given another number that has no. Link at all, when I check the imei, it was clean no signs of thievery and fraudulence. I may kindly ask to give me advises or is there someone who haw experience e the same?
Yes I did and I did activate 1 phone enter my details but suddenly delete all info plus total reset, because I'm scared of it, information was in iPhone for 2 days, the phones are with me but it is clear no traces of my details and I shutdown
No I didn't provide any but I had used the apple pay on the phone and deleted all a total reset to stop any suspicious transaction.
