Iphone 14 plus camera issue

Please review below details and help me.

I have purchased Iphone 14 plus mobile in November 2023.

Then in July 2024, camera stopped working completely, and as product was under warranty it got repaired between 11-15 July 2024.

Now in 2025 October again camera stopped working and i am facing same issue. Within two year of product purchase i am struggling with Camera problem again and again.

My case number from previous support interactions are below.

Case ID: 1023********

As per apple support ( on 13th Oct) i need to spend 67k on a product which i purchased at 70k Price.

Apple Product purchased in 2023, Camera replaced in 2024 and then in 2025 again camera replacement is required, what if again in 2026 and 2027 this problem occurs again.

This persistent failure to resolve the issue is unacceptable and does not align with the standard of quality and service I expect from Apple.

has caused significant frustration and inconvenience.

Sorry to hear of your troubles, but we are merely fellow Apple users.

Your warranty was for 1-year and it sounds like Apple indeed fulfilled their obligations.

However, the 1st repair did not start a new 1-Year warranty clock.

Any warranty coverage past 1-year would have required purchasing AppleCare+ at the initial purchase date or soon thereafter.

Going forward you might consider purchasing a ruggedized case to provide better physical protection to your phone and possibly choosing AppleCare+.

I personally have used OtterBox Defender Pro cases on all Apple mobile devices with good results.

It’s your decision whether to replace the camera or purchase a new cellphone/camera. Personally, I’d be putting my funds towards a new device rather than repair an older device. But ultimately, this is your decision and you’ll need to decide what is best for you and your budget.
