If the phone was active on your account, your carrier may have a record.

If the device is still on your Apple Account, you can view it there under the “devices” tab at https://account.apple.com/

No, sorry. There is no device history, so no way to access a previously connected device to see its IMEI.

If you have the original Apple Box, the IMEI number is printed on the back.
