how can i rest a ipad that i forgotten the apple id and password
I bought a iPad but the owners didn’t know the Apple ID and password and it is stuck in activation lock

Two Options:
One) Those owners can recover their old apple account so that they can release the activation lock.

Two) Those owners submit an activation unlock request to Apple along with proof of ownership. (their original purchase receipt)
