Buying AppleCare for Airpods Pro 3 from another country

Hi all, I purchased my Airpods Pro 3 from Hong Kong and I want to buy AppleCare from another country. I live in Singapore and it's my country of residence. Would it be possible to purchase AppleCare from Singapore and it will cover the Airpods Pro 3? Thank you
