How do I reduce the LED brightness on the AirPods Pro 3 charging case?

The Green and Orange LEDs (but especially the Green) on the new AirPods Pro 3 charging case are excessively bright and I would like to limit the brightness on them, especially in low light scenarios.

They have the ability to dim based on the fact they have blinking animations so it would be great if we can get an option to limit the brightness to say 30%
