How can I send messages when Airplane Mode is on?
When trying to send text messages it says
” turn off airplane mode or use Wi-Fi to send and receive text messages”

Airplane mode disables mobile network communications.
It does NOT disable WiFi (or Bluetooth).
So you can - as the message says - send via WiFi.
