Question

Can't add immunization records to apple wallet

Was always able to do this before, using iPhone camera to scan QR code. Now I get a message "Unable to Add Data. This data could not be added to Health." Using iPhone 16 Max with latest IOS 26.0.1 . Can anyone help?

Apple discontinued several years ago the ability of the user to directly add loyalty cards, tickets etc. The issuing authority must use an Add To Apple Wallet link on the website or mobile app. The change was made for safety and security measures.
