Cannot add any credit card to wallet

had double pay tap fraud charge. Subsequently, the function to add new credit cards stopped working.
called wallet support but problem not resolved

Banks and Payment Network Operators (Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc.) must remove the fraud alerts.
