iPhone 11 not detecting AirPods 3 after reset

The AirPods don't work. At first, I connected them, and the iPhone saw and connected to them. But after resetting airpods, the iPhone stopped seeing them, and now the iPhone 11 doesn't see the AirPods 3. Is this a problem with the iOS 18.2.1? Or is the case lags? The case is flashing white, and no matter how many times I reset or try different things, the iPhone 11 still doesn't see them.
