Right AirPod Pro doesn't charge

Hello, there. My right AirPod Pro 2nd Gen doesn't charge. I've cleaned the case's and the AirPod's charging connecters with a Q-tip and the issue did not resolve. So I then attempted to repair them, and since the right AirPod doesn't charge, I can't get the pairing screen to show up on my iPhone. What do I do?! I'm stuck! And there isn't an Apple Store near me but I am going to try Best Buy in the morning.

I also tried putting the AirPod in my sister's AirPods case, and it fit, because they're the same exact type bought at the same time, and it didn't seem to charge. So maybe it's the AirPod, and it's its own issue.
