Problems to connect my imac 27 with Tahoe 26.0.1to logitech ErgoK860

I have an Ergo K 860 keyboard that I use with my 27-inch iMac. It's always worked and is connected via Bluetooth. After I updated to Tahoe, when I turn on my iMac, the keyboard isn't detected, and I have to connect an older Apple keyboard with a wire to finish booting up the iMac. After that, the keyboard is recognized and I can use it. How can I fix this?

Is there 3rd party software installed to control keyboard settings, e.g., from Logitech? Check with Logitech for updated software.

See if the problem is present when you boot in safe mode, which disables 3rd party extensions and performs some system cleanup.
