Face ID Not Working Even After Reset and Cooling Down
Dear Apple Support,
I am facing an issue with Face ID on my iPhone. Every time I try to set it up, I receive the message:
“Face ID is not available. You can set up Face ID later when iPhone cools down.”
However, my iPhone is already cool to the touch, and I have tried the following steps without success:
- Restarted the device
- Let the phone cool down completely
- Reset all settings and even performed a full factory reset
Despite these steps, Face ID still does not work, and the same message appears every time.
Kindly guide me on how to fix this issue or let me know if it requires a hardware inspection.
