iPhone 17 pro max silver UBC C connector is loose on a new phone
I recently purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max (Silver, USB-C), and I’m experiencing a couple of issues that I hope you can assist with:
The USB-C connector seems to be loose, causing intermittent charging and data connection.
I'm noticing occasional lag on the screen, which is unexpected for a brand-new device.
I'm hesitant to opt for an Express Replacement since it often involves receiving a refurbished unit. Given that my device is only a few days old, I believe a brand-new replacement would be more appropriate.
Additionally, I’ve already invested in Zagg screen and camera protectors, which would be wasted if the device is replaced without also covering these accessories.
I would really appreciate guidance on how to proceed. Ideally, I’d like a full replacement with a new device and equivalent screen/camera protectors, considering how recently the phone was purchased.
