Most unlikely. Apple discontinued the iPhone 16 Pro a week before iPhone 17 Pro was released. If you look on the Apple.com site, you'll not see it listed there. It would also be unlikely they have any left in stock. Here in the US, you can't buy one from Apple either. Your fear of the all new Aluminum iPhone 17 Pro models isn't necessary. This is the first EVER iPhone Pro made of one solid piece of aluminum, and it dissipates hear far better than the iPhone 16 Pro models could, as well as having a liquid vapor chamber in the phone to aid in reducing heat.

But......if you want a new iPhone with a Titanium Body, buy the new iPhone 17 Air, which is Titanium.

If you’re as “tough” on phones as it sounds, I suspect that you’ll find the “billet” structure of the new 17 Pros much more suitable.

You might also consider a ruggedized / rubber-armor case.
