Th above entity located in London as stated used fraudulently my Apple Pay for unauthorized online purchases without my knowledge.
the bank issuer of the VISA CARD was informed and I placed a claim for refund for the 3 fraudulent purchases and awaiting their feedback. I checked the entity on Google and it reported it is a well known fraudulent entity.

Scammers acquire your card(s) details and then enter the information onto an iPhone and use it for fraudulent activities.
Apple does not verify and authenticate your card, you or the device when a card is added to Apple Wallet. Your bank and the payment network (Mastercard, Visa, American Express etc.) do the verification and authentication for Apple Wallet.
Report the fraud to local law enforcement so they can investigate.
