Red marks from Apple Watch silicone band

I’ve started getting a red mark from my Apple Watch. It started with just one but now I’ve gotten a couple more like it’s spreading. Not sure if what has helped others get rid of it. Right now I have the silicon band which I’m not sure if that’s the issue. I take it off while sleeping and when I get home because it’s been spreading

Allergy, contact dermatitis, something similar. Stop wearing it. Wash the band, throughly, with dish soap. Pay attention to the area where the 'button' is inserted in it.

Allow the skin to heal.

If the problem continues see your doctor. You may want to consider a different band.
