Blindspot - audio French cannot change to english

Series is in English. Purchased season 1 and all in French. I’ve set audio to English in Apple TV settings - audio track still in French. How to fix? Otherwise how to get a refund? Zero info stating audio was in French, not option to select English. Thank you.
