Apple TV app not working on multiple devices with error message

Is anyone’s Apple TV app not working? I’ve tried on all my devices & it won’t play anything. I keep getting an error message.

i just signed up specifically to rent a movie, got an error, was charged for the movie and it doesnt even show it was purchased and no play button…came off the credit card just fine though
