Upgrading from Sonoma to Sequoia (not Tahoe)

I have an M1 Mac mini 2020 running Sonoma and want to upgrade to Sequoia, but the only upgrade visible is to Tahoe. I do not want Tahoe and Sequoia has seemingly disappeared as an option. I generally wait 12 months before upgrading to ensure the osx has got less buggy and Tahoe is too new for me.
