Print Dialog in Tahoe changed to no longer include Brightness/Contrast settings?

I print PDF's on a weekly basis. I recently gave in and updated to Tahoe (I'd been holding off a while), and am now regretting it. The PDF's I receive print out as muddy, so I would always print them with +15 Brightness and +10 contrast to improve how they printed.

This weekend I went to go print this weeks PDF, and I cannot find the options in the Print menu anymore. Are they accessible somewhere else? I thought I checked every possible option in the Print Dialog in Preview, but maybe I missed it. Searching Community and the internet came up with no responses unfortunately.

Appreciate if anyone also has this problem and has found where they moved those settings!

I'm looking at the Preview Print dialog box side by side on two Macs, one running Tahoe and the other Sequoia. They are identical (except for the oval toggle switches in Tahoe). There are no settings for brightness or contrast in either version of macOS.

Google brings up some references to settings like those in very old versions of macOS (10.4-10.6, i.e. 15 years old).

What was your last macOS...Upgraded the macOS from what exactly(?)

What exact printer?

This is printing through a browser interface or from your Desktop and the Print Center app...?

I do not see this option anywhere on my HP Officejet PRO 8620
