Safari 26.0.1 opens with the last page you were on. I want it to always open on my home page. Like it has since the beginning of time.

Nothing will change unless you change it. Are the following options not available to you on that Mac?
To change these settings, choose Safari > Settings, then click General.
The choices you list at the top are NOT what show up in the General setting section of the new Safari menu. The menu choices are Safari Opens with: All Windows from last session, or All non-private windows from last session. That's all. There's no options for a new window or the homepage. If this doesn't change, I'm going to start using FireFox.
