How to restore autoplaying podcasts after watchOS update?

After I updated to the latest WatchOS, podcasts on the watch no longer autoplay the next podcast in the playlist when the previous podcast ends. Is there a way to fix this? This is fairly annoying when I run, since I have to manually go in and select the next podcast each time the previous one ends. The previous way it worked was perfect!

While I'm at it, a useful feature for the workout app would be to be able to select a podcast playlist (not just a show) to be autoplayed when beginning a workout.
