AirPods Pro 3 Not Connecting After Forgetting Device – Status Light Stuck White/Green

Hi, I’m having trouble with my AirPods Pro 3. One of the AirPods wasn’t working properly, so I decided to click “Forget This Device” on my iPhone to try and reset them. Since then, the AirPods no longer appear on any device, and I can’t connect them at all.

When I open the case lid, the status light flashes white. When I close it, the light briefly turns green and then goes off completely. I have tried holding the setup button on the back of the case for 15–30 seconds multiple times, but the light keeps cycling white → green → white and never shows the amber/orange color that I’ve read should appear during a proper reset. I’ve also made sure both AirPods are in the case and fully charged. l've even closed my iPhone.
