Apple Music not recognizing subscription on family account
Apple Music says I am signed in but then says I am not and will not let me listen to music. I sign in and then it says I am not paying for subscription, but I am on a family account and the owner says it I am still on it. Every time I try to look in the settings in Apple Music, it says it cannot connect but I have 4 bars of good service.
