Missing Okta account in iCloud Passwords app and Keychain Access

I used to have a Okta account from a previous employer. Now when I go on okra's site iCloud passwords is auto-suggesting it. But I can't find that account in Passwords or KeyChain Access at all... This is extremely annoying, especially now that I have a new employer that uses SSO through Okta, because I often misclick the old account !@#!#$!@

I want to delete the old one but can't find it... please help!
